FAQ
QuestionAnswer
What are spread and swap rebates?Spread rebates give you back a percentage of the spread you've paid when trading. We provide a rebate adjustment for the month if your trading volume moves you into a higher rebate tier. Swap rebates give you back a percentage of the overnight funding admin fee. MetaTrader activity is not currently included in rebate calculations. However, your MetaTrader rebates for the current month will be paid at the beginning of the following month.
What is a swap?A swap is the overnight funding fee — the charge for keeping a leveraged position open after markets close.
How do I qualify for spread and swap rebates? You qualify automatically for both spread and swap rebates. For spread rebates, you start earning from your first trade, and your rebates scale by volume tier as you trade more.
When are rebates applied?Spread rebates are applied when you open and close positions. Half of the spread is charged at opening and half at closure, and the full rebate % is applied to each part. Swap rebates are applied when the overnight funding fee is charged.
How is trading volume calculated?Trading volume is the full market value of your trades, not just your margin. All trades across your accounts (like MT4, MT5 and CFD) count toward your spread rebate progress in each asset class.
How are spread rebates calculated?Rebate = spread paid × rebate rate (%). See 'Spread rebate tiers' for the rates by asset class.
How are swap rebates calculated?Swap rebate = swap admin fee paid × rebate rate (%). Swap rebates are calculated only on the admin fee we charge as part of the overnight funding adjustment, and not on the entire adjustments. See 'Swap rebate rates' for the rates by asset class.
Do precious metals get the same rebate rates as forex?Yes. Gold, silver, platinum, and palladium all have the same rebate rates as forex.
When will I get my rebate? You can now claim your rebates at any time. Most payouts are instant. Larger amounts may take longer if they need approval. Disclaimer: The claim feature is gradually being made available to customers. If you don't see it yet, it should be enabled for you soon—please check your account for availability.
What do estimated rebates display?Estimated rebates show your estimated spread rebate, across all asset classes and accounts, for this month. We calculate it as rebate rate (%) × spread paid. This estimate doesn't include your MetaTrader activity (yet). It's shown in USD, but payouts match your account currency. Your final rebate may differ due to tier changes, early payouts, or exchange rates.
What currency will my rebate be paid in?Rebates are always paid in the currency of the account where you traded.
What if I have multiple accounts?Trades across all your accounts count toward your qualifying volume. Rebates are calculated and paid to each account separately, in that account's own currency. For full details, see the Loyalty Program Conditions.
What is rebate expiration?Unclaimed rebates now have a deadline. If you don't claim last month's rebates before the end of the current month, they expire and are no longer available.
How long do I have to claim my rebates? You have until 23:59 UTC on the last day of the following month. For example, rebates earned in March must be claimed by April 30.
What happens if I don't claim in time?If you don't claim your rebates before the deadline, they expire and are no longer available to claim. Expired rebates cannot be recovered. Your current month's rebates are not affected — only the previous month's unclaimed rebates are subject to expiration.
Will I be reminded before my rebates expire?Yes. You will receive two reminders: at the start of the expiration month — a notification with the amount and deadline; and 5 days before expiration — a final reminder via push notification and in-app message.
Can I claim just part of my rebates? No. When you claim, the full available amount is transferred — including both expiring and current month rebates.
