What happens if my bank account closes?
If your bank account closes for any reason, we will ask you for a new Proof of Bank (POB).
What happens if my card is no longer in use?
If your card expires, or is no longer in use, please send us a bank statement showing the card was used to deposit funds to Capital.com.
What happens if my card is cancelled and my bank account is closed?
We’ll need a new Proof of Bank (POB) for closed accounts and a bank statement showing that your card was used to deposit funds to Capital.com.
