I've moved countries. I now live abroad. How do I update my details?

If you want to change your profile details (name, address, country of residence, etc) please send us an email at support.au@capital.com.

To update your address we need one of the following documents issued in the last three months:

  • Utility bill (ie water, gas, electricity, internet, insurance etc)
  • Bank/credit card statement
  • Rental/lease/tenancy agreement
  • Payslips
